Climate controlled storage suggests that the interior of your storage unit is monitored and regulated to a set temperature and humidity level. This is not really necessary — nor often needed — especially in the temperate Pacific Northwest. Your goods and possessions can be well-kept at temperatures above 55°F, and up to 85°F, which is why we offer heated storage at many of our facilities.
At The Stor-House we offer both Heated Storage Units and Temperature-Controlled Storage Units.
At our Richland facility we go beyond heated storage to offer Temperature-Controlled units. Here, our temperature controlled storage units are heated and cooled to reduce the temperature fluctuations on your stored property. These units are ideal for storing furniture, documents, or other valuable property.
At our Bellevue facility we offer temperature- and humidity-controlled wine storage lockers. These units are kept at an electronically regulated 55°F and 65% humidity all year long.
